Half of the Battle Is To Surrender All I Have by Adrienna 'Deo' Turner RAW Rating: 3.5 (out of 5) 'There is a battle we all must face and pain we must endure, in order to grow strong'; realities like these are some of the reasons Ms. Turner wanted to share this book. With rhymes, songs and poems she hopes to encourage and stimulate in a positive way. The poem selections are categorized under four major headings, and while each poem has a definitive message, I selected one from each heading that called out to me. From Love, Romance, Relationships and Compassion I selected Web of Love, from Historical, Real Life Stories I selected Suicide or Homicide, from Comedic I selected Buck Wild, and from Miscellaneous and Hardcore I selected Guilty Before Proven Innocent.
