Eye for an eye....

What would you do if your sister or family member was brutally murdered and the killer got off scott free?  This is the question Dawn Langston asks herself.

One night Dawn's sister was kidnapped and brutally beaten and murdered.  When the suspected killer is captured, he is let off by lack of evidence.  Dawn, who was close to her sister, has a hard time dealing with the loss of her sister; she wants vengeance and she is willing to take justice into her own hands.  The thing is, will she be able to execute this without going to jail for the rest of her life and will she be able to do it without dealing with her conscience?

BEAUTIFUL RAGE: The Break of Dawn is the third book in Janaya Black's Prison Chronicles, and although I didn't get the chance to read the first two books before I read this one, it didn't take anything away from Dawn's story.  This book was a definite page-turner and spellbinding because you feel the sorrow of the characters and you are left asking yourself the question...would I have been able to do that for the love and vengeance of a family member?
