A Worthy Legacy by Tomi Akinyanmi
Tommi Books, October 2008
112 Pages, Paperback, $15.95
ISBN: 061521116X
Genre: Poetry

RAW Rating: 5.0 (out of 5)

There is a thin line between poetry and inspiration, inspiration and expression, expression and artistry.  In A WORTHY LEGACY, Tomi Akinyanmi expertly intertwines the three, offering a clear script of memories captured, emotions rendered, experiences treasured and wisdom shared.

This compilation is simply beautiful.  There are no more words needed to capture its eloquence. My favorite piece was The Last Words of A Dying Man, a collection of wisdom on all topics relevant to a peaceful life.

The abstract drawings capture the feeling of this work, their subtle imagery perfectly matching the parts of the collection.  The presentation is flawless. This collection is a must have; a coffee table feature, a gift to give a precious friend or a timeless daily read to remind yourself of life's many faces.  A WORTHY LEGACY is a lovely artwork unto itself.
