Love the second time around

Mary J. Blige said it best in her song "It ain't all roses" and in her latest release, Sylvia Lett shows readers that everything worth having is worth working for.

Danielle Roberts met the man of her dreams, Greg Thomas, in college. Although they were in a class together, they had yet to be introduced until one night they were thrown together at a party.  Soon after that, they became inseparable and continued to date after graduation.

Both were successful in their careers. Danielle became a corporate lawyer while Greg practiced criminal law.  Their romance was like a fairytale and six months after graduation, Greg asked Danielle to marry him. Their engagement lasted two years before the couple allowed outside forces to drive them apart.  When Greg was offered a position out of state, he accepted it leaving Danielle behind.

Greg made an awful mistake.  He put his career before the woman he loves and has regretted that decision every since.  For the past two years, he's tried everything to get Danielle out of his system but has failed.  Determined to correct his mistake, Greg returns home with a plan of getting Danielle back.  Will Greg's plan work? Or will outside forces continue to come between them?

Sylvia Lett has written a interesting love story that shows the ups and downs of relationships. Her use of secondary characters helps the reader understand the challenges the couple face and flows well with the story. LIKE NEVER BEFORE is a good read that will leave romance fans satisfied.
