Nikki Truth is the hottest talk show host on late night radio.  As soon as Truth Hurts hit the airwaves, the phone lines light up with broken-hearted callers desperately seeking Nikki’s magical advice to save their relationships.  However, her loyal listeners aren’t the only ones who need to build a stronger relationship.  Nikki and her husband Donovan have slowly drifted apart and an attempt at reconciliation is futile.  Things begin to look clearer over the horizon when she meets Kenyon and he takes care of all her needs, but there’s something about him that’s too good to be true.

Trinette Montgomery is that ride or die friend every woman wants to have.  She and Nikki have been best friends since they were little girls, and they’re always in each other’s corner.  Trinette’s driven career goals and the outlandish living arrangements with her husband, adds strain to their marriage.  She’s determined to get what she wants, no matter what she has to do to get it.  When her marriage and her life suddenly take a high-speed nose dive, will she see the error of her ways and repent?

Love, forgiveness, truth, and several other elements set the tone of the debut novel, CONFESSIONS.  The strong characterization and the added twists and turns made this book enjoyable for me.
